BoredJobs and PureArts’ tournament of determine which two Bored Apes will be made into action figures is down to eight finalists.
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Mousebelt, the crypto incubator company behind BoredJobs, is working with PureArts, a well-known figurine maker, to create a line of Bored Ape toys.
“Blue chip NFTs such as the Bored Ape Yacht Club have created passionate communities of collectors interested in characters from collections, they are a member of across various product categories,” Mousebelt wrote in a press release on July 27th. “PureArts intends to release a collection of affordable and high-quality Bored Ape Yacht Club collectible figures. Rather than buying their own Bored Ape NFTs, the manufacturer is taking a community-first approach by offering licensing deals directly to owners in the community.”
After a weekend of voting, the NFT community has selected the top eight Bored Apes to make into figurines.
BoredJobs announced the matchups for the next round of voting today and opened the polls. Users will have until August 24th to vote for their favorite apes!
