BUY. SELL. APE. : Yuga Labs Is Launching A Peer To Peer Trading Platform For BAYC Merch!

Get ready to Buy, Sell, Ape!

 

On Friday, Yuga Labs’ new CEO Michael Figge announced that he and the team will be adding a new peer to peer platform to the Bored Ape Yacht Club’s always on storefront, where community members can buy, sell, trade, and browse the best and boredest merch.

 

“Soon we'll be updating the bayc shop to feature a p2p platform where vintage/deadstock/sold-out bayc physical collectibles and apparel (that isn't available on our always-on store) can trade directly from verified users,” Figge tweeted. “Better than going to ebay more options than going to stockx there will be a small fee for facilitating the transaction thank you bored ape yacht club.”

 

From the very first merch drop that the founders packed themselves to this morning’s five panel Yacht Club hat that sold out in a flash, Ape apparel, and collaborations with some of the biggest brands in the world, have always been a core part of the Bored Ape Yacht Club.

Suggestion: add one - even just a subsection - for MBA gear too. Empowers the creators and holders, showcases what value IP holders can get from their ape and the network, win win win. Tonight, we don’t yet know when this new apparel platform will launch, but based on everything else Figge has rolled out since taking over as CEO, like GrailsOTC and the Bored Ape Trade Bot, it will likely be soon.
