CHECK IT OUT: PureArts Gave The BAYC A Look At Its Bored Figurines Last Night

PureArts Limited’s Managing Director 0xArnaud gave the Bored Ape Yacht Club a look at the company’s highly anticipated Bored Figurines last night.

After the Bored Ape Gazette reported on PureArt’s BAYC figurine teaser trailer videos, 0xArnaud replied to the paper with images of PureArts’ completed products.

Take a closer look at the four photos below:

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, PureArts Limited teamed up with BoredJobds over the summer to select two Bored Apes to turn into figurines. After a vote, the community selected BoredSpaceApe’s Bored Ape #1356 and FriesFrame’s Bored Ape #778 to be made into action figures!

Following 0xArnuad’s post, the Bored Ape Gazette reached out to BoredSpaceApe and FriesFrame to find out what they thought of the figurines and what it was like to work with PureArts Limited.

“I am over the moon to be one of the first BAYC collectibles by PureArts. They are truly professionals and this is a great step for the community in licensing direct with ape owners,” BoredSpaceApe told the Gazette. “Much thought went into the design to represent an iconic moment for Space Apes. What better than recreating the first moon landing, leaving the first ape footprint and planting a flag in the name of apes everywhere. It’s one small step for ape, one giant leap for ape kind!”

FriesFrame echoed BoredSpaceApe’s opinion on PureArts and that he hopes collectors like the final product.

“It's been a really fun ride so far collaborating with Pure Arts to bring my ape into the physical space and it's exciting to see him join the ranks of some of the other high-profile characters they've sculpted in the past. The PureArts team has done an amazing job of keeping us informed every step of the way and making sure to address any feedback or concerns we've had. It's been an honor being selected alongside Bored Space Ape for these to (unofficially) represent the Bored Ape Yacht Club in PureArt's catalogue and I'm hoping that the collectors and club members are as enthusiastic about the final result as we are!”

At this time, the Bored Ape Gazette does not know when these figurines will be available for purchase. The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow PureArts and its BAYC figurine collection and will let you know when more information is released. Stay tuned for updates!
