COLLECTING KODAS: BAYC Member Mr. Digital Purchases 28 Kodas Overnight!

Mr. Digital may need to change his name to Mr. Metaverse after sweeping Kodas late last night.

Following a brutal week for crypto, NFTs appear to be catching a bid as collectors return to JPEGs.

One of those collectors is longtime Bored Ape Yacht Club member Mr. Digital, who doubled down on his Koda collection by purchasing 28 of the mythical creatures Friday night.

 

 

Following his sweep, the Gazette reached out to Mr. Digital and asked him why he decided to ape in now to which he replied, "Koda is the main character in Otherside and will likely receive the maximum boost to XP and all games."

With the sweep, Mr. Digital now owns 54 Kodas and its clear he’s bullish on Otherside, Yuga Labs, and the broader NFT market.

Between his Mr. Digital and Mr. Digital Gaming wallets, he owns nearly 1,300 Otherdeeds, seven Bored Apes, 54 Kodas, a CryptoPunk, 100 Clone X, 62 Meebits, 12 Mutant Apes, a Pudgy Penguin, 158 HV-MTLs, and 139 Kodamara,  among many other NFTs.
