ApeCoin DAO Special Council Member Waabam will be hosting a Banana Bill Town Hall tomorrow morning on Twitter to discuss possible changes to the 100 million $Ape proposal and address community members' questions regarding the Advisory Board, the types of investments this proposal will fund, and the Banana Bill’s process.

Following three days of community feedback on the Banana Bill, with many passionate and longtime community members asking for more information on key parts of the proposal, Special Council Member Waabam and other co-signers of the Banana Bill will be answering community members' questions during a town hall meeting tomorrow at 11 A.M. PST in hopes of addressing their concerns.

 

“The response and feedback on the Banana Bill so far has been incredible,” Waabam wrote on the DAO’s Discourse page. “While there has been tons of positive response and encouragement, we recognize that folks have raised plenty of valid questions and concerns, particularly here on discourse. We have been compiling all of your feedback and are meeting over the weekend to discuss how to make changes. Here is some of the feedback we have identified so far:"

 

“We are going to be doing a Banana Bill public town hall on Monday June 17th @ 11am PST,” Waabam continued. “It will be hosted by the official ApeCoin twitter account. We would like to discuss proposed changes then, including ones that incorporate the great feedback many of you have provided here.”

 

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Waabam formally shared the highly anticipated 100 million $Ape ‘Banana Bill’ proposal on the DAO’s Discourse Forum that was co-authored by the Ape Foundation and Horizen Labs, along with advisors from Yuga Labs and Animoca Brands on June 13th.

 

In the proposal, Waabam wrote that the Banana Bill will feature a 73 million $Ape commercial agreement initiative along with a 23 million $Ape user agreement initiative that will hopefully grow the chain and encourage builders to ape into the $Ape ecosystem, while also rewarding community members in a wide variety of ways.
