DJ Steve Aoki Added Another Ape To His Collection; find out what he paid for his first ape in August

Longtime Bored Ape Yacht Club member and DJ, Steve Aoki added another uninterested primate to his collection today.

Another @BoredApeYC added to the Aoki family," Aoki tweeted along with a photo of his newest bored ape. “Welcome #4698.”

Aoki’s latest bored ape, Bored Ape #4698 is a six-trait brown fur ape with a toga, a Vietnam era helmet and a grin mouth. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #4698 is the 9181st most rare ape, according to Rarity Tools. Aoki paid 105 Eth or $288,000 USD for Bored Ape #4698.

“Amazing ape,” BAYC member LAU (Moontant.eth) tweeted following Aoki’s tweet.

In total, Aoki holds eight bored apes, six mutant apes and an M2 serum across his two wallets, according to Opensea data.
