What the fuck is a Koda? Apparently a plushie!

From a primordial being that protects the Otherside to a cute and cuddly collectible, Blue the Koda is making his way from the metaverse to your living room as Yuga Labs gets ready to launch its first ever phygital collectible, combining an onchain asset with a real world 12" plush.

“Meet the official KODA plushie,” Yuga Labs tweeted from its Otherside account. “Limited edition of 1,111. Buy a token, hold it, trade it, or redeem it for the real thing shipped to your door. $49 in APE. Powered by Phygitals. Drops tomorrow, 12PM ET.”

 

 

By teaming up with Phygitals for this drop, buyers will be faced with a choice: keep the token onchain as a collectible, sell it to another collector, or redeem it in exchange for the physical Koda plush.

Tomorrow’s mint will be open to everyone on a first come, first served basis, according to a post from Yuga Labs’ Spicy Tina. So if you’re hoping to bring Blue home, make sure your wallet is funded and ready when the sale goes live at noon ET tomorrow.
