When BAYC member Ed's wife said, "I do," she probably never imagined that one day she'd join an online club of cartoon monkeys. But on Monday, that became her reality after she officially joined the best club on the internet, picking up a spacesuit wearing primate for 38.88 ETH, or y $68,400 USD.

 

 

After his wife's purchase, Ed told the Gazette that he was over the moon with her choice of Ape, and he couldn't be happier to have his soulmate in the swamp with him.

“I’m just super happy that I get to share this journey with my wife,” Ed told the Gazette. “Seeing her genuinely excited about her ape “cuz it’s just cool” makes it even more special. I found something I enjoy and now it’s something we enjoy together.”
