Last March, HV-MTL owner Adam Weitsman acquired his first ever CryptoPunk, and today he added a spooky ‘V0 version ‘to his collection.

As Nakamigos holders gathered at the Node Foundation’s Palo Alto event celebrating CryptoPunks, Weitsman popped up on the timeline and announced that he had acquired a ghostly grail from the original Punks collection.

Was looking for a grail @Nakamigos since the day I started collecting digital art,” he tweeted. “Acquired ghost #3648 today….. Was important for me to find a special one to show support for this legendary collection and amazing community. My #1 goal in this space is to bring each and every single project founder/leader together to build strong cohesive unity like never before. This, in my humble opinion, is the way we can bring NFT Art to a whole new level of appreciation to the entire world. Special thanks to @nichoviss @mfermigo @beeple @eli_schein .”

Weitsman’s newest NFT is one of just nine ghost Nakamigos in the collection and is the only version missing a body, featuring just a pixelated head.

Following Weitsman’s post, notable Nakamigos holder Anon took to the timeline to congratulate him on the pickup and praised the community for consistently showing up both online and in real life.

“Congrats Adam! Welcome Migo,” he said. “And also congrats Nakamigos for joining the big leagues! We earned this one.”

With this ghostly get, Weitsman has now added grails from Good Vibes Club, Quirkies, Rekt Guy, VeeFriends, XCOPY, Zards, Chimpers, Less Than Three, Ghost Labs, OKDegen, World of Women, and Creepz over the past few weeks, all in an effort to push NFTs and the medium of digital art forward.

“My sole purpose being in this space is to unite all the different amazing NFT communities to work together to let the world know about this legendary art form that we all love and appreciate so much,” Weitsman said last week.

The Gazette will continue to follow Weitsman and will keep readers posted on which communities he joins next. Stay tuned for updates!
