GHOSTS, GHOULS, AND GRAILS: BAYC Members Adam Weitsman Trick or Treated Himself To Three New Primates This Halloween!

Ghosts, ghouls and grails!

Things were anything but boring, and a little spooky, around the swamp this Halloween as Bored Ape Yacht Club member Adam Weitsman treated himself to three top tier primates!

While most Apes were picking out their costumes on Saturday, Weitsman was busy working with Yuga Labs' Grails OTC lead, PP Man, to strike deals with fellow BAYC members MachiBigBrother and BaviBull, acquiring a blue beam eyed, cheetah fur primate, an astronaut Ape and a Trippy!

“In full disclosure, if @GrailsOTC and  @_PPMan_ (probably one of the most legit and brilliant people in Web3) weren’t helping me put these deals together, most never would have happened,” Weitsman tweeted, “Does not take much brains or skill to write a check like I’m doing but when you have PP ( and  @0xQuit ) on it, lots of shit gets done. Special flowers to  @mfigge for doing epic things in not so epic times.”

Weitsman's Halloween haul comes at the end of an October that was anything but boring for Yuga Labs, which hosted ApeFest in Charleston and stealth launched its new Mudwater trading card game.

But while Apes had fun this fall, the broader crypto industry  faced some frightening headlines, from Layer 2 blockchain shutdown announcements and Blur's decision to close its lending platform to Binance suffering the largest  hack in human history.

This spooky season, the crypt in crypto was on full display!

Still, despite all the fear, uncertainty and doubt surrounding the industry, Weitsman has shown no signs of being scared away from NFTs. This month alone, he has acquired  $1 million worth of Pudgy Penguins, ripped open countless Mudwater boxes and added six top notch Bored Apes to his growing collection!
