"IT'S TIME TO APECELERATE": BAYC Member Belfort Joins ApeChain As First Investment Lead!

ApeChain got even more a-peeling on Monday after longtime Bored Ape Yacht Club member Belfort announced he would be working alongside the Banana Bill team as the chain’s first investment lead.

It was an insane, ape-ish Mutant Monday as BAYC member Belfort revealed he’d aped into a new position at ApeChain!

 

“Excited to share that effective immediately I am stepping into a new role as Investment Lead for Apechain,” he tweeted. “I will be working closely with the Banana Bill Advisory Council to deploy 100 million $ape raised through the Banana Bill into teams and projects building on Apechain. “The capital will be used to grow an already thriving ecosystem on Apechain Devs and buildooors, my DMs are open. Belfort told the Gazette this evening that he and the Banana Bill team had been planning his involvement for months, with a shared mission to “apecelerate” ApeChain’s growth.

“Waabam and I started chatting a couple months ago about the idea of me working with the Apechain team. I met with the Banana Bill Advisory Council several times over the past couple months and we were completely aligned on our vision for Apechain. I started last week, and I can already tell this is going to be an epic adventure. The team is firing on all cylinders and ready to move quickly. It's time to apecelerate.”

Following his announcement, major $APE builders like Captain Trippy, KOKO, IllaDaProducer, Spicy, and more took to social media to congratulate Belfort on his new role.
