On Sunday, NFT collector KingKingWin888 purchased Otherdeed #27 for 5.88 ETH, or approximately $9,600 USD.

 

 

Otherdeed #27 is a one-star Bog environment Otherdeed built atop Biogenic Swamp sediment and featuring Lumileaf resources.

While the deed itself may not stand out, its location certainly does. Otherdeed #27 sits on Otherside's Center Island, proving that, much like in the real world, real estate is all about location.

 

With this purchase, KingKingWin888 now holds eight Otherdeeds as well as six ON1 Force NFTs.
