LESS LINES: The Bored Ape Yacht Club Will Let ApeFest Attendees Pre-order Merch And Pick It Up In Person!

Bored Ape Yacht Club members will be spending less time in merch lines and more time partying with their fellow primates in Lisbon during ApeFest 2024, thanks to Yuga Labs’ new merch pre-order system.

Things were anything but boring during the BAYC’s fourth Bored Meeting today, as the club addressed community feedback about long lines at ApeFest and assured folks that they will be able to shop till they drop easier than ever!

“We got ApeFest merch pre-orders and different ways to shop coming,” the club’s Creative Director Jeff Nicholas announced. “Last year, we fucking hated the lines, you hated the lines, and we are taking a lot of that to heart and retooling how we do merch. We are going to have a bunch of different ways to get your hands on the ApeFest merch. The first is going to be a pre-order that’s an exclusive package of items only available to ApeFest ticket holders. So you’ll only be able to get that pre-order and you’ll be able to pick it up when you check in."

Nicholas went on to say that the Yuga Labs team will announce more ways that Apes can shop both in real life and online as we get closer to ApeFest 2024.“You don’t have to wait in line unless you want to,’ he said.

 

While we do not know much about the ApeFest 2024 merch, we do know that Yuga Labs CEO Garga teased that it will be the best merch yet in his 10 day check in post last weekend.

“The best ApeFest merch drop yet, with some nice anti-FUD measures built in to avoid lines and people not getting what they want,” he wrote.
