Every man needs a black suit. But this one collector made sure he had three!
It was a look good, feel bored Friday around the Swamp after Bored Ape Yacht Club member BaviBull shared not one, not two, but three dapper Mutant Apes that he's recently added to his portfolio.
“The Collection just got a serious upgrade… +3 mutants,” Bavi wrote. “I don’t just have a type… I have conviction. @BoredApeYC is the ticker.”
Bavi secured the trio over the last three days, purchasing the suited up Mutants for a combined 6.899 ETH, or roughly $12,600 USD.
“What really got me was the aesthetics of the brim + suit combo and the colour schemes on these are just perfect,” he told the Gazette. “Instantly felt right. Been chasing these for years.”
As the Gazette has previously reported, suits have always been the alpha around the Swamp. From the legendary "Suits on for Sotheby's" copypasta that rallied the community ahead of the historic 2021 auction to today, the black suit remains one of the Bored Ape Yacht Club's most timeless and sought after traits.
