Forget the boardroom. The Meebits popped into Otherside's Bubbles this morning and were meebin’ care of business in the world’s first ever corporate meeting from the metaverse!
On Wednesday, the Meebits' parent company, MeebCo, posted a photo from their latest board meeting. But it was anything but boring.
The team showed up as their Meebs and floated in a private Bubble space high above the swamp!
While we don’t know what visionary things the voxel crew discussed in their Bubble this morning, we do know that MeebCo’s CEO, Sergito, loved the experience and plans to pop in again!
“Honestly this was pretty dope and we’ll be hosting a lot more of both our internal meetings as well as our public town halls in @OthesideMeta ,” he tweeted. “There’s something so cool about being able to see digital twins of the others in the call.”
After MeebCo’s tweet, Yuga Labs CEO Garga took to the timeline to say he loved seeing frens around the swamp and beyond enjoying Bubbles and reminded everyone that all communities are welcome and can win on the Otherside.
“Vision for @OthersideMeta was always to be a community of communities,” he tweeted. “Love seeing that vision start to play out with Meebs and Geez this week. Every community can build, play, and win here. Much more to come.”
