ON THE BALLOT: This AIP Aims To Build A Multi-Language News Hub For The $Ape Community

The ApeCoin DAO is voting on an Ape Improvement Proposal this week that aims to establish a multi-language news outlet where holders can keep up with the ecosystem and collaborate with one another.

AIP-264 titled “Resubmission of AIP-232 Building Apeverse: A Multi-language Information Hub for the Ape Ecosystem,” is an ecosystem fund allocation proposal written by Bored Ape Yacht Club member and ApeCoin DAO contributor ChrisL.

“The creation of Apeverse, a multi-language information hub, is aimed at streamlining the dissemination of information and promoting community engagement within the rapidly expanding Ape ecosystem,” ChrisL Wrote. “Beyond serving as an information resource, Apeverse also functions as a platform where community members can interact and collaborate, thereby fostering a sense of unity and facilitating growth.”

ChrisL’s Apeverse platform, which will be available in in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, will aggregate news and information from various channels and news outlets while also publishing its own original content. Along with news reports, Apeverse will also feature data and stats on various Yuga Labs NFTs and ApeCoin.

In total ChrisL is asking the ApeCoin DAO for $135,000 USD worth of $Ape to fund the creation and first year of the platform.

If passed, ChrisL believes he and his team can have Apeverse platform launched by October 2023 with ongoing updates throughout the next year.

The window to vote on AIP-264 is currently own and $Apes have until next Wednesday, July 26th, at 9 P.M. EST to cast their coins.
