GOTTA CATCH ’EM ALL: NFTDog Wins A First Edition Kabuto From The Kabuto King In A Dyli Raffle!

From playing the games as a kid to collecting the cards as an adult thanks to the Kabuto King, NFTDog has always loved Pokémon.
So when Web3’s biggest Pokémaster decided to raffle off one of his prized first edition Kabuto cards for charity, NFTDog jumped at the chance and ended up walking away with a fossilized grail!
“I’ve been following Kabuto King’s journey since early January and having fun getting involved with the community around it,” NFTDog told the Gazette. “I actually made my first Pokémon card purchase because of him, which of course was a 1st Edition Kabuto.”
After months of diving into Poké culture and watching the Kabuto King stack thousands of first edition cards, NFTDog knew he had to enter the collector’s Kabuto For A Cause raffle on Dyli and see if he could add another Kabuto from the King himself to his growing collection!
“I made a DYLI account for this drop,” NFTDog said.. “I kind of just used some money I had left in my eth wallet at the time (around 7$) to buy entries.”
And believe it or not, that was enough for him to win.
“I still can’t believe it,” NFTDog tweeted. “What an absolute grail!! A huge thank you to @dyli_io and @KabutoKing_ for organising this drop - Especially for such a great cause!!”
After his win, NFTDog told the Gazette that he plans to redeem the digital card for the physical soon and add it to his growing Pokémon collection. His binder already includes two Kabutos, along with first edition versions of Psyduck, Vaporeon, Pikachu, Charmander, and Squirtle, as well as a PSA 10 Cramorant card, and he credits the Kabuto King for helping spark his love of collecting these nostalgic masterpieces
