Abstract may be shutting down, but that doesn't mean degens can't have one last barn burner before the lights go out!

On Friday, Yuga Labs' Vice President of Blockchain, 0xQuit, announced that he's launching a new chicken themed project on Abstract that will play out like a giant game of chicken, daring degens to hold all in hopes of clucking away with a bigger payday!
“How long can you hold your nerve,” he wrote on the project’s website. “Abstract is shutting down, the chickens are fleeing the coop. First, we play chicken. Then, we hatch.”
On October 12 at 12 p.m. PT, 3,333 eggs will be available to mint on Abstract for 0.01 ETH apiece, giving priority to those who have been participating on Abstract earning XP.

Beginning December 8, one week before Abstract is scheduled to shut down, players will be able to flee the coop. The first to exit will receive 0.005 ETH back. Those who wait longer on Abstract will stand to receive larger payouts, but they also risk losing everything if they don't get off before the chain goes dark!

“Later exits receive bigger payouts,” 0xQuit tweeted. “Anybody who does not exit before the chain closes forfeits both their NFT and ETH to the coop. The last chicken to successfully exit gets half of that forfeited pot, the other half is distributed to everybody that successfully exited (weighted by exit order).”
