PICKING UP $PNUTZ: GeezOnApe Launches Its Ecosystem Token On ApeChain And It's Fully Backed By Cold Hard Geez NFTs!

Peanut shells are scattered all over the ApeChain trenches this evening after the GeezOnApe launched its ecosystem token, $PNutz, inviting everyone from the Geez community to the peanut gallery to ape into a new token that’s 100% backed by cold hard Geez!
Thursday was a big day on ApeChain as the GeezOnApe team officially launched $PNutz at 12 P.M. EST, opening trading on Camelot and Ape Express.
“To be honest this is the most nerve racking thing was getting the announcement and adding the liquidity at the same time. That was the only nerve racking thing,” GeezOnApe Co-Founder Rida said right after the $PNutz launch. “But I did it baby! I clickity clickity clickity clack! I lit a cigarette in my bedroom and my wife looked at me and I was like you’re not saying shit now!”
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, $PNutz will power everything from games and gambling to metaverse activations and DeFi initiatives within the GeezOnApe ecosystem. The token has a max supply of 5,500,000, with each Geez NFT equaling 1,000 $PNutz.
Along with opening the trading pairs, Rida and the team launched GeeBank, a platform that lets every GeezOnApe holder swap their NFTs for $PNutz and vice versa.
“Geez Bank operates like an ETF vault. Each time a Geez NFT is deposited into the vault, 1,000 PNutz are minted,” the team wrote in its whitepaper. “When any Geez NFT is redeemed, 1,000 PNutz are burned, ensuring every PNutz in circulation is fully backed 1:1 by Geez NFTs.”
By introducing $PNutz to the GeezOnApe ecosystem, the project hopes to be everywhere in the Web3 world, attracting new holders, liquidity, and opportunities.
