Let's Fucking Go to Lisbon! On Tuesday, the Bored Ape Yacht Club announced that ApeFest 2024 will be taking place in Lisbon, Portugal later this year!
The Bored Apes went bananas this morning after the club announced that its fourth annual ApeFest will be taking place in Lisbon this October.
“Pack the boat,” the BAYC tweeted along with a new animation of Curtis in a sardine can. “ApeFest Lisbon. October 2024.”
After the BAYC's ApeFest announcement, Portugal's BAYC community chapter took to Twitter and teased that they'll be cooking up ways to make ApeFest 2024 anything but boring.
“guess we need to start cooking,” they wrote.
For those who are unfamiliar with Lisbon, it is the capital of Portugal located in western Europe and is known for its seven hills, giving it the nickname 'City of Seven Hills.' Lisbon is also located on the northern shore of the Tagus River. Take a look at Lisbon below:
Apes will not need winter clothes for ApeFest this year, but they may want to pack a light jacket. The average temperature in Lisbon in October is a high of 73 degrees Fahrenheit and a low of 59, according to Google.
