SMOKE ON THE SWAMP: BAYC Members Can Enter A Limited Time Raffle For The Chance To Purchase One Of The Club's 50 5th Anniversary Cigar Sets!

On Tuesday, Yuga Labs invited Apes and Mutants to enter a limited time raffle for the chance to purchase one of the Bored Ape Yacht Club's 50 five year anniversary cigar sets, created in partnership with Scandinavian Tobacco Group.

“We’ve partnered with Scandinavian Tobacco Group, a world leader in tobacco and cigars, to curate a limited-edition collector’s cigar box built around the journey of the Club,” Yuga Labs tweeted.  “Five distinct blends, curated across five years of BAYC. Unlike past raffles around the club that gave everyone an equal shot at being selected, this week’s drop with Scandinavian Tobacco Group will feature an all new weighted raffle system designed to give collectors and longterm holders a better chance at securing a box and lighting up the full flavor of five years in the best club on the internet.

“In an effort for OGs to get preferential access to limited drops we're going to put weights on this raffle,” Figge tweeted last week. “What you hold should matter, and hold time should matter.”

 

 

 

With that, Yuga Labs Senior Developer Shoobs reminded everyone to set up their Glyph wallets and connect all their Apes, Mutants, and Doggos across their wallets to a single account for the best odds of being selected.

“More eligible assets = more chances to win,” he explained. “Longer-held assets = more weight. New to Glyph?
