The ApeCoin DAO's Special Council Will Be Talking To The Five Special Council Candidates Tonight!

As the ApeCoin DAO's election season enters the final leg of the 2023 race, the current Special Council members will be hosting a Twitter space tonight to discuss all things $Ape with the five Special Council Candidates!

At 8:30 P.M. EST tonight, the ApeCoin DAO's current Special Council will go live with the DAO's five Special Council Candidates: CapetainTrippy, ThreadGuy, KarmaPocket, Swickie, and Waabam; where they will talk about their positions and beliefs!

“The ApeCoin space tonight, along with numerous by the community this week, will be a terrific opportunity to engage with the Special Council candidates,” ApeCoin DAO Special Council Member BoredApeG told the Gazette. “This week's election will mark the complete turnover of the Special Council via community vote, which I believe is truly special for our decentralized autonomous organization. I encourage the APE community to listen and connect with the candidates as much as possible this week; these conversations often serve as a starting point for open debates and discussion, and inevitably will help make one become an informed voter.”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the ApeCoin DAO will be electing two Special Council candidates this week that will replace Yat Siu and Alexis Ohananian on the DAO’s board beginning this July.

The window to vote in the second round of the DAO's Special Council election is currently open and ApeCoin holders have until Wednesday, June 28th at 9 P.M. EST, to cast their coins for their preferred candidate!

Remember, unlike the DAO’s first round of voting, this round is single choice. This means that $Ape holders will only be able to cast their coins for one candidate per wallet.
