The Bored Ape Yacht Club Will Be Hosting Its First Ever Town Hall With Yuga Labs CEO Daniel Alegre Tonight!

The Bored Ape Yacht Club is hosting a town hall meeting this evening following its parent company, Yuga Labs', acquisition of the PROOF Collective.

BAYC members are invited to a bored meeting tonight following an anything but a boring day around the swamp, after Yuga Labs announced its acquisition of Moonbirds, the PROOF Collective, Oddities, Mythics, and the Grails exhibition series in an all-stock deal.

This acquisition made waves around the swamp and the broader web3 ecosystem, as everyone took to Twitter and shared their two Sats on the deal.

Following the deal, Yuga Labs announced that it would be holding a town hall meeting with Yuga Labs CEO, Daniel Alegre, from the BAYC’s Discord channel.

“Apes, a token-gated Town Hall will take place in the BAYC discord Saturday Feb. 17 at 8pm EST with @dalegre,” the BAYC tweeted last night. “Drop your questions as a comment here and we will get to as many as we can.”

Tonight’s tokengated meeting will only be open to Apes, Mutants and HV-MTL holders, according to Yuga Labs' Boris Vagner and Mr Eth's recent Discord posts.
