The Web3 Community Is Feeling "Grateful" After Another Trip To The Metaverse Yesterday

The Web3 space is feeling “grateful” for Improbable after the company hosted another metaverse meetup yesterday that hit all the rights notes!

On Sunday, over 150 metaverse enthusiasts made their way to The Orb Venue in Improbable's M2-powered metaverse, where they, along with music producer Alex Karlsson, collaborated on a 'bored banger' inspired by the Bored Ape Yacht Club member, Grateful Ape.

"We promised you a weird experiment and if this doesn't count as weird I don't know what does," Improbable's CEO Herman Narula said during the creative process!

Over the next hour, participants worked with Karlsson and came up with a catchy song that "charts!"

"The goal today is to make an actual song that charts," Karlsson said during the event.

At this time, it's unclear whether this will be Karlsson's 40th #1 hit, but it is certainly the new theme song of the metaverse! Check it out below:

“Feeling grateful is the first community song, lets goo,” Grateful Ape told the Gazette after yesterday’s event. “I just want to thank everyone who joined these demos and everyone doing spaces and talking about metaverse.”

After the event, Karlsson took to Twitter and thanked Grateful ape for inspiring this bored beat!

"Thank you for being my muse," he tweeted.

The Bored Ape Gazette is working to bring you additional coverage of Improbable’s metaverse event. Stay tuned for updates!
