'TIME TO GROW UP': Voyager's Can Now Transform Their Maras Into Mystical Kodamaras! See What The Collection's New Owner, Faraway Studios, Announced After Fusions Began:

Things are anything but boring in the expanded today as Voyagers begin to feed their hungry hungry Maras Catalysts, transforming them into Mystical Kodamaras!

It's been quite an eventful 72 hours for Voyagers and their Maras following Yuga Labs’ announcement that it’s time for Maras to grow up and transform into Kodamaras on Tuesday, the news that Legends Of The Mara was acquired by Faraway Gaming Studios on Wednesday, and with the Kodamara Fusion going live today!

“GM Voyagers, Kodamara Fusion is live,” Yuga Labs Gaming tweeted this afternoon. “Voyagers can evolve their Mara into a Kodamara using a Catalyst and Sediment Fragments at https://lotm.otherside.xyz/kodamara. LoTM maintenance is also complete.”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Voyagers have been working up an appetite fighting shattered and farming Otherdeeds alongside their Maras for months, preparing to turn them into Kodamaras. According to Yuga Labs, these Kodamaras will have the ability to Farm, Enchant, and Hunt on Otherside.

In total there are six different Catalyst creatures that Voyagers’ Maras can eat and Each Mara type’s aesthetic will be impacted differently depending on what type of Catalyst Voyagers feed them. Take a look at how each Catalyst will affect each Mara below:

Following the opening of the Kodamara Fusion, LOTM’s new owner, Faraway Gaming Studios, made its first two Twitter announcements since taking over the project. Firstly, reminding Voyagers about its new Mara point system, and secondly, announcing that LOTM and HV-MTL assets will be tradable on every marketplace soon.

“With our new stewardship of LoTM and HV-MTL, we’re doing things a bit differently,” Faraway tweeted. “Based on community feedback, we’ve decided to enable trading on OpenSea and Blur for HV-MTLs, Sewer Passes, Kodamaras, Maras, Catalysts, Vessels, Ship Parts and Partner Loot. This is going to take some work on our end to do this technically so give us until end of next week to get everything finished and QA'd. We're on it.”

Voyagers can expect many updates on LOTM and HV-MTLs in the coming weeks as Faraway Gaming Studio dials in their communications following the acquisition. "HVs are still going to evo2, the other stuff we will get into as we get the coms dialed," the company’s new Chief Product Officer Spencer Tucker told the Gazette last night.

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow Faraway Gaming Studios as they continue to build in the expanded Yugaverse with their new IP. Stay tuned for updates!
