VROOM VROOM: This AIP Is For The ApeCoin DAO To Sponsor A Race Car!

ApeCoin DAO Contributors start your engines, this Ape Improvement Proposal aims to introduce $Ape to the NASCAR community by sponsoring a car at a major race!

AIP-136 titled “ApeCoin Community goes racing at Daytona International Speedway,” is an ecosystem allocation fund proposal written by Raceape.

“Imagine cheering for the ApeCoin sponsored race car in a nationally televised race,” Raceape wrote. “I want to bring ApeCoin to the NASCAR racing community. This can be accomplished in February 2023 during the most visible week of racing — at the World Center of Racing, Daytona International Speedway. We will involve the ApeCoin community by holding a contest to custom design a fully digital ApeCoin vinyl wrap for the 200 mph race car! That’s right, the ApeCoin community will design the look of the race car!”

In total, Raceape is asking the DAO to allocate $165,000 USD to this proposal.

“This includes: all transportation, testing and racing costs, digital vinyl wrap, fan base marketing outreach at the track, marketing personnel, giveaways, Pit Road Patio Suite for the ApeCoin community, ApeCoin display race car and operation costs,” Raceape wrote.

The window to vote on AIP-136 opens tonight at 9 P.M. EST. $Ape holders will have until next Wednesday, January 18th, to cast their $Ape!
