'WELCOME TO THE HUB': Community Members Must Set Up Their Yuga ID Profiles To Participate In Project Dragon This Weekend:

Things are anything but boring around the swamp this evening as members of the Yugaverse start creating their Yuga ID profiles on the company’s new 'Hub,' which will be their home for all things Yuga!

Before Apes, Meebs, Voyagers, and more visit Meetropolis for Yuga Labs’ first Project Dragon event this weekend, Yuga Labs needs everyone to create an Otherside profile page, connect their Twitters and warm/delegated wallets to it, and pick a username.

“Welcome to the Hub, your new permanent entrance to Otherside, powered by ApeChain,” Yuga Labs tweeted from its Otherside account. “Create your Yuga ID by linking your X profile & wallet, then claim your username. Visit https://launch.otherside.xyz to get registered today. Yuga ID supports Warm & http://Delegate.xyz, so there is no need to connect a wallet with valuables. Explore the Hub, study the Project Dragon Game Manual (https://launch.otherside.xyz/guides/project-dragon…), & get ready to obliterate Team Aqua.”

 

These new Otherside accounts are a big step for Yuga Labs because they will "future-proof" the company's systems and open up all sorts of possibilities for the community going forward, according to Yuga Labs CEO Garga.

“This account will work not just for Otherside, but other Yuga products on our roadmap, and will allow us to do things like open up a new self-custodial wallet for users if/when we need to,” Yuga Labs CEO Garga tweeted yesterday.

 

Following the launch of the Hub, Yuga Labs’ Vice President of Product PP Man made a sign up tutorial to show the community how easy it is to ape in.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Yuga Labs’ first Project Dragon event is taking place in Meetropolis this Saturday from 12 P.M. EST to 2 P.M. EST. There, community members will choose their side, Aquamarine or Orange, and fight alongside their friends in a groundbreaking action game with over 3,000 concurrent players!

This event will kick off a yearlong, 12-part action game series with an overarching storyline by Yuga Labs co-founders Gordon Goner and Garga.

Bored Apes and Meebits can play as their PFPs, Mutant Apes can play as a Mutant Ape version of Curtis known as Murtis, and Voyagers, Kodas, Kodamara, Grailed, Moonbirds, and HV-MTL holders are all invited to ape in!
