Yuga Labs Chief Gaming Officer Teased That He's 'Feeling Bullish' About What's Ahead. Here's What We Know:

And now we wait!

The Yugaverse is anything but bored this evening after Yuga Labs’ Chief Gaming Officer made that post that implied that a reveal is imminent.

A week after Yuga Labs announced its upcoming Otherside ‘Apes Come Home’ event, the company’s Chief Gaming Officer, Spencer Tucker, excited the typically Bored Apes with a vague tweet that seemed to imply that something is coming.

“That feeling when your on the edge of your seat, the envelope has been opened and the reveal is imminent,” Tucker tweeted. “What’s revealed is always a sliver of what actually happens behind the scenes and the effort and time invested therein. Who’s out there fam? Feeling bullish.”

Following Tucker’s tease, several Apes, Kodas, and Web3 enthusiast flooded his comment section, telling him that they’re ready!

At this time, we do not know what Tucker was referring to in his post, but we do know that 2024 will be anything but boring in terms of gaming, according to previous comments from Garga and Otherside General Manager, Eric Reid.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Garga teased an upcoming mobile game that will feature Apes, Mutants, Dogs, and HV-MTLs at ApeFest 2023.

“I know we just wrapped up forge, and we’ve had something under our belts for a while here," Garga said. "So, we have a partnership on a mobile first cross platform game coming in 2024 that’s been in development for over two years. I think it’s pretty sick and I think we are going to have a lot of fun all together. And don’t worry, it's skill based and there’s no voting. And obviously Apes Doggos, HVs, and mutants are coming along for the ride. We’re stoked for that.”

As Garga teased this upcoming game at ApeFest, Otherside General Manager, Eric Reid, teased a busy year for the Yugaverse and the broader Web3 community filled with Otherside updates!

“We’ve been listening, and we know that creators need a social and experiential platform to connect with audiences with collaborators and with friends,” Reid said to the ApeFest crowd on November 4th. “Everybody needs a better destination to discover things, to socialize and to flex across all kinds of different experiences. So after new year’s we are going to bring some more experiences to Otherside and we are going to bring them to the wider community, we’re going to enable social and we are going to enable Apes, Punks, Meebs, and the Grailed, and other people who are not part of the Yuga community to come in and build and create and share.”

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow Yuga Labs' gaming endeavors and Tucker's tweet, and will let you know when more information about what he was referring to today becomes available. Stay tuned for updates!
