ABSOLUTE SHIT IN ALL THE RIGHT WAYS!: Command Line's Bathroom Blitz Launches On Otherside!

Cigarette butts litter the floor. Radioactive goo leaks from the urinals. The stalls are out of order. The Bored Ape Yacht Club’s bathroom in Command Line’s Bathroom Blitz is absolute shit in all the right ways. And everyone’s having a blast shooting it out with their frens around the swamp and beyond!

Wednesday felt like one long bathroom break as the first ever Otherside experience created by a third party developer, Bathroom Blitz, launched on the platform and everyone was invited to ape in.

“Bathroom Blitz is LIVE. Time to let it rip,” Command Line tweeted. “You have two weeks to show off your skills and wipe the floor with your opponents for a chance to win loot and prizes along the way.”

 

 

From the second you spawn into the lobby to the final shot of the round in this first to 40 points team deathmatch, players are shrunken down and met with lore, Easter eggs, and references to the best club on the internet and the insane run it’s been on since April 2021.

 

“I love the details on the Bathroom Blitz map,” ApeChain builder and Koda Frostyz tweeted. “I wish I could run around there without killing you all.”

 

As everyone runs, guns, and takes in the scenery, Command Line founder CryptoVonDoom reminded players to keep their eyes peeled, because hidden in every round is a secret item that unlocks more than just firepower.

“THERE'S A NINJA HIDDEN IN EVERY GAME OF BATHROOM BLITZ.,” he tweeted. “Not only will this relic grant you an OP weapon but it's a separate stat we're tracking (one of over 50) that'll correlate to Awards which will then correlate to the number of Season 0 Card Packs that you will be able to claim (or receive, IDK - we're figuring this shit out as we go mmmk).”

 

 

As more players from the Web3 world and beyond ape into Bathroom Blitz, Yuga Labs CEO Garga tweeted that this is just the beginning for Otherside.

“The ethos of Otherside is simple: We, Yuga, will build the best experiences we can on the platform. But as we do that, we'll also be opening up the same exact tools and assets we use to build Otherside to community creators,” Garga wrote. “Our vision is to make Otherside the best place for creators to build and monetize 3D experiences in crypto.
