Strategy coins, raffles, and the swamp are colliding this week after a TokenWorks ecosystem builder added a Bored Ape prize to his flywheel spinning raffle dApp.

On Tuesday, $PNKSTR bull and Liberoverse founder Foogy announced that his onchain sweepstakes protocol, NFTSweeps, now has a primate prize up for grabs!

“We have just added @BoredApeYC sweepstakes to our platform,” he tweeted. “You can participate in funding buying Strategy Apes and have a chance to win the real OG collection that started the last NFT bull. How much do you want to be a member of the best club in the world? Only on https://nftsweeps.fun

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Foogy first launched NFTSweeps back in December with the goal of kickstarting the TokenWorks Strategy ecosystem through a mix of gamification and onchain luck.

“THE MISSION Buy & Burn Every Strategy Token,” he tweeted at the time. “From the start of $pnkstrjourney I always had one question; Is there a way to buy all those Punks in PunkStrategy reserves? Well, we build onchain sweepstakes for that.”

The concept is simple. Users can purchase raffle tickets for 0.001 ETH each. Those proceeds are then pooled together to purchase the cheapest listed NFT held within TokenWorks’ Strategy vaults.

For the BAYC sweepstake, once the raffle collects enough ETH, the protocol automatically purchases the cheapest available NFT; in this case, Bored Ape #9874.

That transaction triggers a buyback and burn of the BAYC Strategy token, reducing supply and keeping the ecosystem’s flywheel spinning. From there, one lucky raffle ticket holder walks away with the purchased NFT, while all BAYC Strategy token holders benefit from the buyback and burn tied to the raffle. Simply put, the token works.

As of tonight, 35 NFTSweeps raffle tickets have already been purchased, and collectors can still ape into the Bored Ape raffle, as well as raffles for a CryptoPunk, Chimpers, Good Vibes Club, and Goblintown NFT. For more information, check out Foogy’s website here:  https://nftsweeps.fun

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow NFTSweeps and will let you know when someone wins the Bored Ape. Stay tuned for updates!
