“BIRB & PENGU”: Vibes TCG’s Next Set Featuring Pudgy Penguins And Moonbirds Is Coming Soon!

Vibes TCG’s third season is shaping up to be a full house of feathers as Pudgy Penguins and Moonbirds waddle and wing their way into card shops and a major big box retailer soon!

On Monday, Orange Cap Games took to the timeline to announce that its next set of NFT themed trading cards will feature not one, but two of Web3’s most beloved bird brands, stacking the deck with a mix of icy pulls and high flying hits.

“Vibes Set 3: Birb & Pengu is coming Q2 2026,” the card game tweeted. “Featuring @pudgypenguins and @moonbirds IP, this set introduces 195 new cards to the Vibes and an all new card type.”

 

 

As the Gazette previously reported, Vibes is a digital and physical trading card game filled with cultural references and nods to Web3, designed by Orange Cap Games. The TCG’s first two seasons featured Big and Lil Pudgy Penguin IP from around the igloo.

This third set marks a major first, as Moonbirds officially enter the mix following Orange Cap Games’ acquisition of the IP from Yuga Labs in the summer of 2025.

The set is called Birb and Pengu which adds all of the new Moonbirds IP collection into the game, adding a whole new set of characters we can play with,” Moonbirds Chief Intern Pax posted. “This is going to feature 195 cards in all and an all new card type that we don’t even know anything about yet. I’m super excited to play with the new Birb cards and I cannot wait to see how the new card type affects the game.”

 

 

Vibes TCG’s third set will be something to squawk about, not just because it features more feathers and new types, but because it’s headed to a major retailers shelves.

According to Pudgy Penguins CEO Luca Netz, the cards will be available in one of the world’s top three big box retailers in 2026.

“You will see Pudgy Penguins TCG in one of the major three big box retailers in the world this year,” Netz said. “Walmart, Target, or Best Buy. You’ll definitely see them in one.”
