BIRB UP FOR GRABS: Moonbirds’ TomatoBird Drops A VibeCoded Game With A Mythic Grand Prize!

Moonbirds holders and enjoyers everywhere are invited to birb around town as any of the 10,000 Moonbirds and maybe even fly away with a Mythic!

On Tuesday, tomatoBird made squawk on the timeline as he invited everyone to check out his new game, dubbed Ether Dash, and compete to win Mythic #6619 that’s worth at least $200.

"Want to win a dope Mythic? Play my game Ether Dash .” he tweeted. “Top score that follows me and posts their score on this thread wins this clean mythic. I’ll announce the winner April 15. Style points if you play as the Moonbird you own.”

 

Ether Dash is a fun web based endless runner game inspired by everyday life in Web3. Players stack Ethereum, dodge seed phrase leaks and phishing scams, and run up their score as high as possible.

 

For tomatoBird, getting this game out into the world has been a long time coming. He began building the first iteration last summer with the help of ChatGPT, but ran into technical issues and found the original version was a bit too out there!

“It took me two weeks of staying up until 1-2 am until  I had a working version,” he said. “It, at that time, was a way too artistic  comment on the crypto space where you collected coins but there was a functionality where you had to hit a cash out button in order to lock in your score otherwise you would hit a drainer and your ether went to zero. The game was way too hard.”

But about a month ago, with improved AI tools, like Open Claw, tomatoBird revisited the project and everything clicked!

 

“I pointed it to a broken version of the game, and it was instantly able to make a working version that ran on a browser,” he said. “I finished the game and just wanted people to play it, so I thought I would set up a contest to get people to play.”

 

Now, anyone and everyone is invited to check out Ether Dash and compete for the Mythic grand prize between now and April 15.
