Bored Ape Yacht Club Members Are Reminiscing About Early BAYC Vibes As They Replay Jimmy The Asshole

As the Web3 space guessed one another’s age based on clips from classic video games, Bored Ape Yacht Club member Sicko Ape shared a screenshot from the game that kicked off the BAYC’s treasure hunt in 2021!

There were some early BAYC vibes around the swamp this weekend after Sicko Ape shared a screenshot from a forgotten Yuga Labs video game featuring the Jimmy the Monkey and Curtis!

“Without telling me your age, what's the first video game you ever played,” Sicko tweeted along with a screenshot from a mini game called ‘Jimmy The Asshole.’

Following Sicko’s tweet, BAYC Co-Founder Garga took to Twitter and reminisced about the club’s early days!

“Completely forgot about this endless runner we made,” Garga tweeted. “Sole purpose of it was to be an asshole and waste your time during the treasure hunt.”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported the BAYC held a treasure hunt at the club on September 13,2021 that began with a note at the bar.

Less than 24 hours after the BAYC’s tweet, the self-proclaimed ‘Builder and Destroyer of Puzzles,’ JTobcat and his team solved the mystery and won 10 Eth, Bored Ape #10, BAKC #10, and a M2 Mutant serum!
