This Bored ape Yacht Club member went for gold and purchased the DooKey Dash Golden Key for 1,000 Eth.

On Monday, BAYC member and Upstate Shredding – Weitsman Recycling CEO Adam Weitsman purchased the the number one ranked sewer pass from professional video game player Mongraal for 1,000 Eth or $1,625,000 USD.

“I have agreed to sell the key for 1000 ETH to @AdamWeitsman,” Mongraal tweeted this evening.”Super nice guy and thrilled the sale went through with him. A special thank you to @yugalabs for hosting an incredible competition. I look forward to competing in future events. Royalties will be paid in full. Big thank you to @trebooomin for helping with the whole process. The sale has been made on OS for 1000 ETH.”

Following the deal, the Bored Ape Gazette reached out to Weitsman for comment. He did not immediately reply.
