Brooklyn Beckham, Soccer Star David Beckham's Son, Aped Into The Bored Ape Yacht Club

Brooklyn Beckham, eldest son of former professional soccer player David Beckham, announced that he had recently joined the Bored Ape Yacht Club.

“#NewProfilePic,” Beckham tweeted along with a photo of his mutant ape.

Beckham’s mutant ape is Mutant Ape #3718. Mutant Ape 3718 is a five trait M2 brown fur mutant with a bone tee and bored eyes. Based on these traits, Mutant Ape #3718 is the 5149th most rare mutant primate, according to Rarity Tools.

While Beckham just changed his profile photo to Mutant Ape #3718 today, the English chef has been a member of the club since March 4th, according to Opensea data. Beckham purchased the mutant ape for 22.1 Eth or $75,900 USD.

After Beckham changed his profile photo on Twitter, BAYC members gave him a warm welcome to the swamp. “Welcome to the clubbbb,” BAYC member Remy Ryy tweeted.

While Beckham just recently joined the BAYC, he has been in the NFT space since Janauary 2022.
