CHANGE IS ON THE MENU: BAYC Inspired Burger Brand Bored N Hungry’s First Korea Spot Is Moving To A Bigger And Boreder Location This October!

Bored N Hungry’s first South Korea location is closing. But fear not, they’ll soon be serving up their iconic burgers in a bigger and boreder spot!

On Tuesday, the Bored Ape Yacht Club inspired burger brand Bored N Hungry announced that its flagship Seongsu-Dong, Seoul, South Korea location will be shutting down later this week as they prepare to move into a new location next month.

 

 

While Bored N Hungry’s Seongsu-Dong restaurant was only open for about 18 months, it had a huge impact on the BAYC community and broader culture.

Since its grand opening in February 2024, the restaurant has been sharing Apes with patrons and passersby thanks to its massive mural that covered the entire building and featured 15 BAYC members’ primates!

 

Along with Ape views, the location was spotlighted in both iPhone and Samsung ads last year and was even featured in the country’s number 1 variety show, Running Man!

 

While the Seongsu-Dong location closes on September 21st and the new spot won’t open until October, hungry Apes don’t have to wait.

Everyone is invited to ape into the brand’s Mapo restaurant at 85-16 Sinsu-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, or their Motor City pop-up located at Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam — Basement #1, New Deli Area, according to the brand’s Business Development Lead, JBond.
