The Del Mundos’ attention to detail is unmatched!

On Wednesday, one of the project’s co-founders, Benny, gave holders a closer look at what’s inside the project’s main character Ray Del Mundo's travel bag, revealing that Ray doesn’t pack light and is prepared for just about anything.

 

From the exterior of the rucksack, complete with travel tags, to the front pouch’s mini GPS, and the main compartment’s hiking poles, climbing ropes, a tent, a map, and even Ray’s wallet, cards and all, it’s clear that no detail was overlooked.

 

 

I travel heavy....,” Ray tweeted following the post.

 

 

As the Gazette previously reported, The Del Mundos is a collection of 10,000 characters that weren’t generated digitally, but instead created using recycled plastics and fabrics before being carefully posed and photographed 10,000 times.

 

 

Earlier this week, Web3 got to meet the team’s founders, just days after the project minted out!

 

During the introduction, the team shared the backstory of Ray Del Mundo, revealing that he was once a bored toilet attendant in a video game who crossed paths with a squirrel that rubbed its golden acorns together to open a portal between their world and ours. Now, Ray is here on Earth to spread positivity.
