The Mutant Ape Yacht Club’s fifth anniversary festivities are continuing into spooky season this year after the Bored Ape Yacht Club teased some insane new merch!

Things were anything but boring on Friday as the 12,180 Mutant Apes celebrated five years since M1 and M2 serums first hit Apes’ lips!

 

From Mutants getting together in LA to primates painting the timeline green with post after post of snotty looking Apes, the BAYC upped the insanity and announced brand new Mutant merch!

“MUTANT GEAR INCOMING,” the BAYC tweeted. “New MAYC hoodie + hat, available to purchase soon. More details coming. Stay tuned.”

 

“Its just a little something to show a little bit of love for the Mutants,” Yuga Labs CEO Michael Figge said on Meet at The Clubhouse earlier this week.

 

Tonight, we do not know exactly when Mutants will be able to ape into these new fits because the club has decided to hold off on the drop following this week’s hiccups with Tokenproof during the free BAYC crossbody bag claim.

 

 “We aren’t going to ship that before we have the Glyph app and Shopify ready because I don’t want to go out with the Tokenproof again until our app is ready,” Figge said. “We just need to do that.”
