Bored Ape Yacht Club members and HV-MTL holders will learn more about the mysterious mechs next week, according to a recent Discord message from BAYC Co-Founder Garga.
On Friday night, Garga took to the Club's Discord server and sowed a little Forge FOMO as he reiterated that the game is coming this month and that more information about the HV-MTL collection will be released next week.
“Been playtesting forge too much Ima look like PP irl,” Garga wrote. “Seriously though, very stoked to get everybody into forge. Still coming out this month. Gonna share a bunch more info early next week.”
While we do not know much about the Forge and the HV-MTL collection, we do know that these Mechs are dynamic NFTs that will evolve based on the choices made by holders. It is presumed that these choices will be made during the Forge later this month.
“In HV-MTL Forge: build and customize a workshop that prepares your HVs for their evolution,” the BAYC wrote on its HV-MTL website. “Show off your creations to climb the leaderboard and unlock special abilities. Take risks and face the dangers of the rift to discover blueprints, gather materials, and craft upgrades.”
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the last HV-MTL update that the BAYC received was on June 7th during the third episode of the club’s animated comic series.
In the third episode, we saw the Bored Apes follow the mysterious Mechs through a rift in the space-time and into the unknown beyond the swamp; much to the disproval of the Bored Ape Kennel Club Dogs!
