From the BAYC Clubhouse in the heart of the Swamp to the ominous ruins of a Koda temple hidden away on a Thornwood Otherdeed, Command Line just dropped a brand new Otherside Blitz map that’s as ancient as it is addictive!
It’s game on in the metaverse on Thursday after Blitz: Thornwood Ruins opened up, inviting anyone and everyone to pick up a weapon and shoot it out with their friends in a new free for all game mode set in a spooky new corner of Otherside.
“BLITZ Season 1 NEW MAP: Thornwood Ruins is LIVE on @OthersideMeta,” Command Line tweeted. “Double Jump. Free For All. AND Magic Wands? It’s always Spooky Season in Thornwood. Jump in and play a match! https://otherside.xyz.”
Before players fire a single shot in Thornwood Ruins, the vibe is noticeably different from the game’s first map, Bathroom Blitz. Instead of half smoked cigarettes, there are stone bricks, and forget toilets, this time, players are surrounded by towering Koda statues that make the arena feel ancient.
On top of the all new environment, Blitz: Thornwood Ruins also introduces a brand new PvP game mode where it’s every Ape and Voyager for themselves.
