HELLO FROM THE HUDDLE: Pudgy Penguins Cross 300 Billion Total Views!

Between the GIFs, the tweets, and of course the memes, the Pudgy Penguins are proliferating across the internet, and it’s becoming increasingly likely that just about everyone has seen these cute flightless birds.



On Sunday, The Pudgy Penguins’ mindshare ticker was looking more like the U.S. national debt clock as the brand officially passed 300 billion impressions, marking a monumental moment for the huddle.

 

“PENGU mindshare just passed 300B views,” Pudgy Penguin tweeted. “Pengu is everywhere.”

 

 

That 300 billion figure represents the total number of impressions and views that Pudgy Penguins, and its memecoin, $PENGU, have accumulated across X, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms. According to the brand’s Chief Creative Officer, ChefGoyardi, it’s one of the most important metrics the team tracks.


“This number flys over people’s heads,” he tweeted. “Actually insane how many people interact with our GIFs, see our TikTok’s, and share our IG videos. This year we’ve bunkered down on monetization through brand deals, IRL activations, and a some trendy products we’re launching in a bit.”

 

 

While it’s still unclear what the Pudgy Penguins have planned heading into 2026, one thing is certain, the brand has already had a busy winter!


As the Gazette previously reported, the Pudgy Penguins launched a line of blind boxes on Black Friday, appeared on the Las Vegas Sphere over Christmas, and most recently hosted a booth at the NHL’s Winter Classic in Miami.
