NEW TIME, SAME VIBES: The Bored Ape Yacht Club Will Move Its Weekly Meet At The Clubhouse To Better Accommodate Global Members, According To Michael Figge!

New time, same vibes!

Things will be anything but boring around the swamp this week as the Bored Ape Yacht Club moves its weekly Meet At The Clubhouse space to a brand-new time in hopes of accommodating more time zones as the club continues leaning into its identity as a global community!

 

“This week we’ll try a new time for our weekly meeting, Meet Me At The Clubhouse,” Yuga Labs CEO Michael Figge tweeted. “Goal is to experiment with finding a time more beneficial for APAC and Europe we may do twitter spaces for a few weeks and then transition back to OS once we’ve found an optimal time worldwide club.”

 

 

Today’s announcement comes just a day after Figge announced that the BAYC had officially launched accounts on China’s versions of TikTok and Instagram, RedNote and Douyin, as part of a broader effort to better connect with members across the globe.

“We just got to try new things and see if we can get different feedback by changing the time, which would honestly be horrendous for me being on the West coast,” Figge said on today’s Lets Geez About It Space. “But if it’s good for the club we should do it.”

 

As the Gazette previously reported, IllaDaProducer and BaronVonHustle have hosted the BAYC’s Meet At The Clubhouse on the Otherside every Thursday at 6 P.M. EST since September 2025.

“If we really want to engage with a global audience, and we are really serious about engaging with and reactivating the Mandarin speaking audience, then we can’t be doing this at 3 P.M.,” Figge said. “We’ve got to experiment and we’ve got to try new things.”
