ON THE BALLOT: This AIP Wants To Establish A Podcast Network Powered By $Ape
There is an Ape Improvement Proposal on the ballot this week that aims to make a Podcast network powered by ApeCoin.
AIP-290 titled “Podcast Network in the Metaverse,” is an ecosystem allocation fund proposal written by ApeCoin DAO Contributor Krafter_Eth.
“We are thrilled to introduce you to metaSTUDIO, a groundbreaking initiative that is set to revolutionize the Metaverse,” Krafter_Eth wrote. “Imagine a unique blend of podcasting and gaming, a platform that not only entertains but also educates and inspires. That’s what we’re building - a vibrant community of Metaverse enthusiasts and gamers.”
Prior to writing this AIP, Krafter_Eth and his team launched their flagship show 'Behind The Avatar,' a weekly podcast series where he interviews individuals who are building within the $Ape ecosystem.
With the DAO’s support, Krafter_Eth and his team hope to build upon the success of their first show and expand into more content powered by $Ape!
“MetaSTUDIO seeks a 12-month ‘Powered by’ sponsorship from the ApeCoin DAO,” he wrote. “This sponsorship will enable us to continue producing our current show, Behind the Avatar, and allow our Creative Director & Host (Krafter) to work full-time on creating new shows and marketing content for all social media platforms.”
In total Krafter_Eth and his team are asking the DAO to allocate $60,000 USD worth of $Ape towards funding their podcast network for one year.
The window to vote on AIP-290 isn currently open and $Ape holders have until Wednesday, August 30th, to cast their coins on this proposal.
