OPEN TO ALL: OpenPage Invites Creators To Turn Followers Into Super Fans With Its New Update

Turning followers into super fans just got a whole lot easier after Web3’s native social media platform, OpenPage, put more tools in the hands of creators, inviting everyone around the swamp and beyond to ape in and build.

On Friday, OpenPage announced version 3 of its platform, an update focused on opening up OP and making it easier to use.

 

“This update expands who can create on OP, simplifies navigation, and sets the foundation for more powerful creation tools ahead,” the platfrom wrote in an X article titled Opening Up OP. Expanding Creation. “With a new Create Units system, a refreshed UI, improved event discovery, and deeper avatar customization, v3 is about lowering friction and expanding what’s possible on OP. v3 marks a shift from gated access to open participation.”

 

 

With this update, anyone can now create and launch collectibles on OP, schedule and promote upcoming events, and make their Avatar Pages more personal, all while benefiting from a cleaner platform that’s designed to be easier to use!

 

“The goal is simple: reduce cognitive load and get creators and collectors into creation, customization, and discovery flows more quickly,” OP wrote. “This creates a more intuitive home base where identity, creation, collecting, and community stay closely connected.”

Following the launch of OpenPage V3, the platform’s co-founder Nova took to the timeline with a TLDR of the update and teased that another major announcement is coming soon.

“OpenPage v3 is out We opened creation, cleaned up the UX, and laid the foundation for what’s next,” he tweeted. “Next week we launch [REDACTED] Stay tuned.”

 

These V3 upgrades are the latest steps from OpenPage as it works to open up Web3’s social layer and help creators everywhere turn followers into super fans.

“One of the visions since the beginning has been to make our product as accessible as possible, and this is one of the step towards that,” Nova previously told the paper. “I think we're headed towards a world where every single chain and eventually banking institution has their own wallet. In this future OP will become the central hub of digital identity and the place where your avatars, your money, and your community move with you anywhere online.”
