When it comes to real estate in the physical world, everyone knows the rule is location, location, location; and this Otherside Mogul is betting that the rule also applies to the metaverse as well.
Bored Ape Yacht Club member Vis.Eth made waves at the BAYC Thursday morning after he purchased four Otherdeeds that are located right on the Otherside’s center island.
“The price for the center island is reasonable at this moment, so I have add some to collection,” Vis.Eth told the Bored Ape Gazette. “It’s a long-time investment, not advice.”
In total, Vis.Eth purchased six high-end Otherdeeds today for 584 Eth or $958,800 USD. Of these five Otherdeeds, one was a Chaos environment and the other four were Otherdeed numbers 17,72,89 and 99.

After the purchases, the Gazette asked Vis.Eth what excites him most about the Otherside? Vis.Eth replied “Social Verse, I mean the Otherside metaverse, it’s not only a game, that’s a new world, web3 world. That’s my dream, I’m happy that Yuga make it happen.”
Making big purchases is nothing new for Vis.Eth. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Vis.Eth previously spent 4500 Eth or $9,000,000 USD on Otherdeeds earlier this year. Vis.Eth also purchased a gold fur ape last month for 777 Eth or $1.5 million USD.
