Amazon will begin delivering to the metaverse soon after Yuga Labs announced a deal with the $2.4 trillion tech giant that will land Otherside on the front page of Amazon Gaming and more!
The Bored Ape Yacht Club has a lot to unpack after an alpha filled ApeFest, where the club’s parent company revealed that Otherside will soon reach Amazon’s 309 million users through a new partnership.
“For all this to work, we need to grow, and today we announce that Otherside will be on the front page of Amazon Gaming,” Yuga Labs’ Michael Figge said. That means we will look like this on Amazon. From there, Figge went on to announce a new Otherside platform called Voyagers, which will collaborate with artists on customized skins and characters, starting with a cobranded digital collectible with Amazon named Boximus, available for purchase this Thursday!
After Figge’s announcement, Amazon Gaming’s Business Development Lead and fellow BAYC member William Morris took to the timeline to celebrate the news.
