REACTIVATE NOW OR GET READY TO RUST: HV-MTL Owner Adam Weitsman Extends The Deadline To Reboot Your Bots Until Midnight Tonight!

If you missed this morning’s deadline to reactivate your HV-MTL bot for the project’s 2026 reboot, fear not. Project owner Adam Weitsman has reopened the window until midnight Eastern time tonight, so get it done now or get ready to rust.

Earlier today, the activation window for HV-MTL holders briefly closed before reopening again after several clankers complained that they missed the deadline entirely.

 

 

“I just told @Gabrielesm1my partner to extend the windows activation for @hvmtl2 until midnight tonight,” Weitsman tweeted. “I had a lot of people message me bummed out after he closed it up per the announcements but I don’t want anyone to be unhappy so he’s making this one exception.Gabe is pissed at me but won’t be the first time (or the last). Upgrade your HVMTL now !!!”

 

Reactivating your HV-MTL is as easy as just a few clicks. imply visit the HV-MTL website, connect your wallet, and click “CLAIM / ACTIVATE.”

 

From there, select your HV-MTLs, then confirm the burn for activation and Amps.

 

After that, you’ll be left with a standalone NFT for your activated HV-MTL and all of your Bot’s Amp pieces.

As the Gazette previously reported, Weitsman and Gabe acquired the HV-MTL project from Faraway Gaming Studios late last year with plans for new art, Otherside avatars, and more.

If it’s not abundantly clear already, everyone should reactivate their bots before tonight’s deadline. Looking ahead, Weitsman and Gabe have teased a “FEELS” Otherside GIF emote drop on Amazon, with all proceeds being used to burn the supply of newly activated HV-MTL bots.

 

 

In addition, HV-MTL holders will eventually be forced to make a choice, either upgrade their bot to its EV02 form using six Amps, or burn the bot entirely to receive a brand-new HV-MTL Pet.
