Royalties will be enforced, and community alignment is a must in this Dojo!

On Thursday, the Chimpers announced plans to migrate from their existing contract to a new royalty enforced one, aiming to strengthen the brand, buy back NFTs and the $CHMPSTR strategy token, and power up its Collector Hub rewards program.

“This migration is about alignment and longevity,” Chimpers Founder Insight Chimp wrote his announcement X Article titled 'Chimpers Contract Migration: What’s Changing and Why It Matters.' “It strengthens Chimpers foundations, funds continued investment into the ecosystem, supports the Collector Hub rewards program, and positions the brand competitively as NFTs mature.”

 

 

 

Migrating to a royalty enforced contract gives Chimpers a revenue stream that they say will directly align with holders. Instead of relying on selling things to the community or external funding, the project can consistently reinvest in buybacks, rewards, and long term development with these newly reclaimed royalties!

 

With this announcement, Chimpers holders will be invited to migrate their NFTs from the current contract to the new one beginning tomorrow. Holders will have one full year to move their Chimpers, so there’s no rush. AND REMEMBER, always double check links and official channels before taking any action!

 

That said, the Chimpers team wants to discourage monkey business and encourage early participation. To do so, the project announced it will reward holders who migrate within the next week with 1,000 $CHMPSTR tokens.
