Monday was insane at the Bored Ape Yacht Club as thousands of frens aped into the ApeFest 2025 ticket claim, securing their spots for the best club on the internet’s flagship IRL event, happening October 24th!
From the moment that the claim period opened, Apes did what Apes do, they aped in fast!
Within minutes, frens old and new snagged their tickets and started filling the timeline with Apes Facing Apes versions of their primates answering the Vegas call in an exclusive new edit, made just for those making the trek to Sin City later this year.
Along with locking in tickets, everyone was racing to be among the first 1,250 community members to RSVP and secure a spot at ComplexCon, the two day culture festival happening the weekend after ApeFest, where ApeChain is the official blockchain partner.
If you’re wondering whether you were quick enough to snag a free ComplexCon ticket, you probably were. Yuga Labs CEO Garga said he believes everyone who claimed their ApeFest tickets before 4:15 p.m. EST will receive a ComplexCon pass, though he did say that he had to check on it!
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, this year’s official ApeFest will be a one night takeover of AREA15, a massive immersive art and entertainment venue in Vegas that’ll likely be decked out in full Ape aesthetic. The main event will be followed by a Bored Bender of a weekend featuring ComplexCon, community led events, and, of course, some good old fashioned debauchery.
It’s safe to say what happens at ApeFest, stays at ApeFest.
