SHITS GETTING REAL: Command Line’s CryptoVonDoom Says Bathroom Blitz Is Coming Back To Otherside Soon

Shits about to get real on the Otherside as Command Line prepares to relaunch its popular third person shooter, Bathroom Blitz, in the metaverse!

Six and a half months after the stalls closed around the swamp, Command Line CEO and longtime Bored Ape Yacht Club member CryptoVonDoom took to the timeline and said the game is coming back “very soon.”

“Who’s ready to run it back,” he tweeted alongside a video of his avatar twerking.

 

As the Gazette previously reported, Bathroom Blitz was a team deathmatch style game where players were shrunk down and shot it out with one another, set inside the very same bathroom where the BAYC  began in 2021.

 

Bathroom Blitz was the first game developed and launched on Otherside by a third party using Yuga Labs’ Otherside Development Kit, which are  the same tools every Otherdeed holder is expected to eventually have access to,  and served as a proof of concept for Yuga Labs’ vision of a user generated metaverse!

During the game’s twoweek run last August, it quickly became a community staple, with ApeCoin hosting a $10,000 tournament and Apes, Meebits, Voyagers, and others shooting it out in the shitter.

 

“Shoutout to @cmnd_line for unleashing the first ODK-built game on Otherside,” Yuga Labs tweeted on August 14, 2025. “220K+ kills later, we’ve battle-tested matchmaking blueprints (dropping in the ODK soon), stress-tested worlds, and learned how players really like to stir shit up. The bathroom is officially broken in. More soon.”
